Personal data includes personal information provided by the user on the site (name, contact information, and others) and electronic identification data accessible on or from your computer, such as cookies or IP addresses. With identification data, it is possible to identify the connection terminal, to geolocate it on a city scale, and to know the pages consulted on the Easy2call site. However, this information is generally insufficient to identify you nominatively.

Adobe Flash© Cookies

This article aims to inform the user about the functioning of our site and the use of cookies in accordance with the recommendations of the CNIL. The National Commission for Information Technology and Liberties (CNIL) was created by the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978. It is responsible for ensuring the protection of personal data contained in computer or paper files, both public and private.

A cookie is a file deposited by the browser on the computer or any other terminal capable of connecting to the internet (tablet, mobile phone, or others). It is not possible to precisely identify a user through cookies, but only to recognize their terminal, in order for example to save their preferences and settings. This is a means for Easy2call to improve navigation and make site consultation more convenient and functional.

However, we specify that cookies saved through Easy2call websites do not in any case retain the user’s personal or sensitive data.

Social Networks

Easy2call participates in social media and is notably the publisher of an information and presentation page for the company on Facebook™, Twitter™, or LinkedIn™.

We remind you here that any personal information indicated as public is accessible to everyone from the user’s profile, and therefore Easy2call may access it. Easy2call cannot in any case create or use an independent database from the personal information you publish. If you do not want Easy2call to have access to personal information you have published, it is possible to control access to your profile by adjusting the settings.

Moreover, it is advisable to familiarize yourself with the personal data policy of the social networks you use.

Easy2call Careers

To apply to Easy2call, the candidate must complete a file in the section provided for this purpose. Easy2call will then collect the personal data provided by the candidate in order to study their application and respond to it.

When sending their application, the user acknowledges and accepts that Easy2call and its subsidiaries will receive the personal data provided, and that these may be transmitted to recruitment agencies depending on the position to be filled.

Cookies

Cookies do not allow the nominative identification of a user. However, they provide Easy2call with information about the user’s navigation on the site (pages viewed, date and time of consultation, and others). They also allow knowing the number of advertising content displayed on different types of sites and applications and being informed about the opening and reading of electronic communications.

Easy2call has the possibility to insert a cookie or a web tag on the user’s computer during their visit to the site or when they select an item sent by Easy2call. The cookies issued by Easy2call from the site allow:

  • remembering choices and identification information,
  • developing statistics on the use of the site, to improve service quality. This allows, for example, knowing the most viewed pages, or the pages encountering certain problems requiring the intervention of an engineer,
  • establishing navigation and services that are adapted and targeted,
  • counting clicks on an element of an online service.

This may vary depending on the setting choices you have made on your terminal, and which you are free to change at any time.

It happens that Easy2call purchases advertising space on sites, online platforms, and applications to promote its products. These spaces may contain cookies. Unless your terminal’s settings prevent it, the cookie may be saved on your terminal to:

  • count the number of displays and activations of our advertising content broadcast on sites, applications, or social networks,
  • identify advertising content and the sites, applications, or social networks where they appear,
  • know the number of users who clicked on each content,
  • send advertisements to the user while browsing on third-party sites or social networks,
  • develop statistics.
