Easy2call was born in 2014 from an observation:

There is a real need for an efficient, considerate assistance service, handled by business travel experts and dedicated to travel agencies in order to process any requests from business travelers outside their opening times.

As an expert in the industry with wide experience from travel agent to business travel director, Florent Martin founded Easy2call with the goal to make this solution come to life and to put his expertise at the service of this industry.

His various positions and his close relationship with business travel companies enabled him to pick up a wide range of skills and a genuine vision of the market in order to design Easy2call’s different services : 24Hours, Office and Outsourcing.
